About the PCA
The Pancreatic Cancer Alliance (PCA) has been a driving force for critical research, patient care and education at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and UMass Memorial HealthCare in Worcester. Founded in 2003, the alliance is made up of many dedicated and determined volunteers who have been affected by this devastating illness and who are motivated to change its course. We are current patients, caregivers, and medical professionals, as well as family members and friends of affected by pancreatic cancer, the 3rd leading cause of cancer death in the United States.
